One pb (photo black) cartridge was not accepted by the printer but the second one worked fine. Loaded all cartridges into the printer and got it to accept and print okay (printer warned that the ink cartridges were not genuine hp, but hit “ok” and the warning went away and no problems after that - even shows the ink level in all cartridges). Purchased this smart ink hp564xl set for my hp photosmart c410a printer. Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2018

I may update in a few months if anything adverse occurs but I suspect not. I copied a color sheet and it was flawless. The HP6380 said that I had installed non-HP inks but then promptly started going through the checkout and handshaking. I cleaned the machine side thoroughly and I was able to get recognition after a few minutes. At first I received a cartridge missing error for the yellow then cartridge missing for all colors. I made sure the cartridges were upside down for a minute or two before taking off the orange cover and installing them into their respective slots in my HP 6380. I'm talking nearly a hundred dollars for the "genuine HP" set compared to $22 for TWO sets of these babies. I was a little suspicious of these cartridges because the cost seemed too good to be true.
